Exceptionally good service from Kael T and Mark L from Kent Removals Launceston. They are both such lovely, hard working guys and are a credit to the company. Special mention for the expertise and care shown when moving our very much loved piano that has been in the family for many years.
Nick & Aidan from Launceston went above and beyond for us! Amazing end-to-end service from Kent - All of our furniture and belongings arrived from WA to TAS in excellent condition. Communication was great and overall cost with insurance was very competitive compared to other service providers. Would highly recommend, thanks team!

Original meeting and quote with Mark in Hobart w was great. Communication was very good. Disappointed with uplift from Hobart to Launceston. Unfortunately I was not there to supervise but they were instructed to pack and remove everything. They seemed unaware that packing had been included in the quote. They said they tried to contact me but there were no missed calls or messages. Most of the boxes were not labelled so it was a bit of a guessing game for myself and the two guys at this end as to what room they belonged in. These two guys went above and beyond. The Hobart crew left quite a large number of items behind. Most annoyingly two tv remotes which I had to replace and vacuum cleaner. Thankfully Mark returned and removed everything that was left behind. These items arrived almost 3 weeks after my move. The Launceston guys were extremely helpful and friendly again. The tv remotes were there but no vacuum cleaner. Mark is currently following up and the search is still on for the missing vacuum cleaner. To say I’m unhappy with the service from Hobart apart from Mark would be an understatement. Unlike their Launceston counterparts.
10/10 guys. Nick and Kristian were awesome. Gentle with our stuff but extremely fast and efficient. Kent’s were awesome assisting in our relocation from the Eastern States. I cannot recommend them highly enough if you are thinking of moving locally or interstate. A1 service guys. You made our move effortless.
Nick, Tommy and Kristian were amazing. They were all very prompt, communicative and caring. Handled all of our furniture and belongings with care and were so helpful with rearranging furniture for us too. The three of them were very easy to talk to and made moving very easy, despite how difficult our previous house was to access. Couldn’t recommend Kent enough, not only for the quality of the removalists, but the entire team. Everyone I spoke to in the planning stages of our move were also incredibly friendly and eager to help. Thanks Kent!! ☺️
