We booked Sam and his boys came at 7am loaded everything and even disassembled a bed for us.We drove from Shellharbour to Bermagui 4 hours and then they unpacked everything and re assembled the bed .We have a few tricky places trying to fit things into tight spots .The guts did everything perfectly nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond in customs service ,skills and experience. We would recommend Sam his team at Its about Removals to everyone. Thank you 😊

Absolutely first class service from the team at "It's All About Removals"! Sam was very helpful and transparent regarding the booking details and responded promptly to any queries I had leading up to the big day. Rob and Riley arrived on time and were so obliging - they were incredibly polite and professional, and more than happy to accomodate any last minute requests (like moving a myriad of pot plants we nearly overlooked). Watching them carefully plan, wrap, move, stack and pack our much loved furniture and belongings into the truck was like watching a master game of Tetris. Very impressive! We seriously did not think it possible to move our entire household in one load, but they did it. Unpacking and moving everything into our new home, was done with the same level of planning and care, and we were very appreciative of their thoughtfulness, patience and good humour at the end of a very long days work! From my first contact to the final placement of my household items was stress free by these guys. Rob and Andrew were amazing. Nothing was too difficult for them. From being able to handle large pieces of furniture out of difficult places to being courteous at all times. Rob and Andrew are an excellent and happy team and had great communication between them. Highly recommend this removalist. Very easy to work with. Sam responded to my call to talk through some difficult lifts and to discuss storage options. Sam's can do attitude and quiet confidence won me over. There were some tricky lifts but they found the best way to complete the task. They were open to suggestions and were happy to take some direction when I felt I wanted things done a certain way. It was a huge day and involved three destinations. The first two south whilst the third north of the starting point. The guys, Rob and Riley were friendly and approachable and showed had lots of experience. They worked solidly for 12 hrs straight. I was worn out and I was just watching them. Can't recommend enough.

The best moving experience ever! Sam & his team were punctual, they took such care with my items, ensuring everything was secure. The move was so seamless, without any issues.
