A belated review - this company went above and beyond to make sure we had peace of mind that our belongings were safely handled and delivered with care

I have been trying to contact this company for over a week to have my daughters furniture delivered & no response so it looks like they have gone out of business so if I hear from them I will put another review on here.

Do not use this company full of dodgy staff with crappy service!!!! I had nothing but issues with this shonky company. Delivery was picked up early then delayed. The contact person was not answering phone calls to give a timeframe, as they could not meet timeframe. They asked for cash on pickup (due to system issues) and the invoice has not reflected cash paid to drivers. Online invoice system amended 8 times each time the delivery was late or altered- now invoice reflects one transaction only! Company will manipulate and breach contract you have with them. Both sets of delivery people stated they "did not work for this company" normally and were just "doing this job on the side". Dodgy dealings if you book this company. One star for a decent price quoted which took 2 weeks to deliver. I will be suing this company due to a breached contract time, no compensation offered (although requested) and lost work time (5 days missed from work waiting for a delivery that never came on time). Do not use this company you will experience nothing but stress.

We moved from Coffs Harbour to Brisbane and had nothing but a positive experience! The two removalists were professional and we could tell they genuinely cared for our belongings and made sure everything was wrapped and protected. Communication was great and we paid a very competitive price for our move. Would definitely recommend and use again!

They did everything that they could to protect our belongings, which all arrived without a scratch. The experience that we had helped to male what had been a potentially very stressful move very easy. Highly recommended.

Very careful & helpful. Went the extra mile, placing things where I asked them to & even connecting the washing machine for me! Very easy to deal with. Happy to recommend!

Great communication, team were very accommodating with our last minute timing & still offered a very reasonable price. Great service. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Would absolutely use their services again.
