I would NEVER recommend these guys to move. Said they were coming early morning, the driver showed up at 7am then we were told they couldn’t move our refrigerators, then the men who were moving us apparently had to do exams at uni first so we’re told they would be back at 2pm to move us , didn’t show up until 3:30pm , no communication throughout the day, I had to call them when no one arrived , Finally got moved in the new place at 8:30pm. Terrible service and over charged for our experience.
Called and spoke to a very nice lady and she said will send my contact information for a call from their local driver near me. NEVER heard back from them.
Fast, efficient, friendly, polite, professional and excellent job! Charged by the hour and were transparent with the time it took - rang me each step of the way so I knew when they arrived and left at pickup address, and eta to my home. Would definitely use them again. 😁👍🏼
11/05/21. Could not find anyone to move a heavy item. I called and had no problems with them wanting to move it. I was so happy with the service and how professional they were. I was quoted a far price. And they lived up to and beyond my expectations, as I had no way of moving it. I would recommend them and will re use them. Thanks heaps. Shane
I needed to have a long item delivered. I needed some flexability with times and available when required. As I was unable to be there, they had to collect the item then deliver independently. Communication was important. Handy Truck took on my request, gave a time they stood by for pick up and delivery and delivered to the place requested undamaged. They seem willing to take on any challenge happily. Would recommend.
