Used GGR for a move from Geelong to Melbourne into an apartment. Couldn’t be happier with the service received. Ash was very easy to deal with, and Josh and Caleb were professional, helpful, careful and did an exceptional job. They went above and beyond to help me with setting up my appliances. I’ll definitely be using GGR again in the future.

I left the guys to pack up remaining small items which was about 10-15mins worth of loading as I drove to drop off location. They took 1 hour to pack up several small items apparently and took 2hrs 15mins to drop off for a 1hr 20min drive!! Then stopped to fuel up!!! Why would you not fuel up before the trip! They charged driving back to the depot... even when they were off to another job. Made no sense. I left them in good faith, they took advantage! Never leave these people to load up without you there! Follow them to drop off too!

Absolute legends! The whole booking and moving process was smooth and efficient. The two guys who handled our move were friendly, professional, and a good laugh. We felt completely confident leaving everything in their hands. They took great care of our belongings, had all the right equipment, made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it, and even installed our washing machine. They worked brilliantly as a team, and I was honestly blown away by how quickly they got everything done. The price was really fair too. We'd definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Absolutely careless brutes. Damaged multiple items by stacking boxes sideways. Damaged the property we just had painted, so the painter had to return. Do not use them.

This magnificent and truly amazing and hardworking men helped by removing our furniture and relocating us The owner Ash was a pleasure to work with and all the employees were very nice and respectful workers. My wife and I had Adam and Kurt come help remove our items from one house to the other. The two clearly work well together as they both moved very efficiently and were both professionals. Would gladly use them again if needed
