Grants Express

Grants Express was established as a family-owned business in the 1980s and transitioned to new owners in 2001. The company has over 40 years in the business and operates a large fleet of trucks and vans. Grants Express provides transport services, couriers and express deliveries. It serves Orange and the wider Central West and Sydney regions. The company handles personal freight, medical supplies and heavy industry equipment. Grants Express offers interstate shipments Australia-wide.

Freight and courier work forms the backbone of what this Orange operator handles, and the feedback points consistently to a service built on reliability. A handful of customers describe deliveries arriving within the promised window, with items reaching depots and private addresses in the condition they left in, including awkward consignments such as a large car door and a heavy massage table box moved between Sydney and Forbes. A detail many reviews return to is the willingness to accommodate requests, whether that means arranging a convenient redelivery slot or working through unusual jobs that other carriers might decline.

Renee is named repeatedly for the care she takes in keeping collections and dispatches on track, while Karl is singled out for the professional handling and transport of fragile goods. Reviewers also highlight the politeness of the reception staff and how straightforward it is to organise a pickup over the phone. Long-standing clients note years of trouble-free dealings, and the recurring impression is of a team that treats awkward freight as routine rather than a problem. Pet moving and storage work round out the offering.
