Just an awesome moving experience from Brisbane to Port Macquarie. The boys unfortunately had a mishap with our Fridge when loading and became a ride off but we we extremely grateful to see a brand new Fridge from Harvey Norman arrive the following week when our furniture delivery took place. Thanks to Port Removals for an awesome good old fashioned service, it was greatly appreciated. We had no other breakages, which was a first, the boys we professional, courteous and worked hard. Excellent experience all round. Easy enquiry and booking process. They were flexible to our time restraints and turned up on time and completed the removal in a timely fashion and worked with absolute care for belongings and the house. Very pleasant guys. Again flexibility was no issue when having our belongings delivered to our new home a month later, i had to change it several times and they were very accommodating. Don't look elsewhere, you risk being disappointed.

Highly recommended removalist. From the start when quoted by Jamie, he made us feel very comfortable & reassured us they would be there & nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately we had to change the date last minute & they made sure all would be ok. Nothing was too much trouble. They handled both the heavy stuff and the delicate items with real care, and everything arrived in perfect condition. This experience started out well. I felt that this removal company would have to be good, being as it was the most expensive one that I requested a quote from. At no point did the office request to come out to inspect the potential load. When the truck arrived, the guys were fabulous. We had already packed the smaller items into boxes, and had them stacked in our carport to be loaded onto the truck. The rest of the furniture was a fairly normal load for a 3 bedroom home, minus the lounge suite, dining set and a queen bed, which I had given away. Our truck driver started to get concerned, as apart from having to pick up kids from school, which is extremely important (speaking as a grandmother). they were starting to run out of room in the truck. They did help us to load excess items into the trailer that we had borrowed. But he commented also, that the office had not done a site inspection, which may have alerted him, that he may run out of space. Thankfully, he had a plan B for the kids, and they had another couple of very nice guys come to help with the unload. I have heard nothing further from the office, apart from the invoice, and they certainly didn't miss us there. I feel this is not good business practice, and they should follow up with clients to see how it all went. Never again! Next time we will go the cheaper option. Because if we are going to be treated this poorly, I rather do it on the cheap.

The team at Frontline offer first class service. We had our house contents stored with them for 4 months. Both pick up and delivery were on time and efficient. We had a couple of small hiccups but Dale and his team sorted those pout out immediately. Highly recommend.
