A small job of moving lounge furniture between floors in a townhouse. I tried two websites and tore my hair out with the incompetence and dealing with a bot. At Emmanuel I dealt with a real person, got a quote competitive with others. The service was excellent, professional and prompt. I would confidently recommend them to others.

Arrived 1hr late but it was no issue as I was well informed. The two removalists worked well and dealt well with the pace I needed. Thanks again guys, I will definitely be calling again when I need some furniture moved 🤘

No-Show on Moving Day – Completely Unreliable and Unprofessional I booked this moving company and received both a confirmation call and text, which gave me confidence that everything was properly arranged. However, on the scheduled day, they simply did not show up. I waited for hours with no communication, no update, and no explanation whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable for a service that people rely on for time-sensitive moves. When I tried calling, I was answered by someone named Lucy, who sounded and behaved like an automated system rather than a real person. She was unable to provide any meaningful assistance, could not explain what had happened, and failed to escalate the issue or connect me with anyone responsible. To make matters worse, I have still not received any apology, follow-up, or justification. Being left stranded on a moving day created significant stress, disruption, and additional costs. This level of unreliability and lack of accountability is extremely unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company if you need a dependable service.
