Coffs Harbour Furniture Removals & Storage

Coffs Harbour Furniture Removals & Storage is a Coffs Harbour business founded by Brock Coutman, a fourth-generation removalist who learned his trade from his father and grandfather Allen and Keith Coutman. Brock Coutman and his family have been in Coffs Harbour for over a century. The business is run by a team of friends and family. Brock Coutman has completed home removals across Australia and delivered for major Coffs Harbour retailers such as The Good Guys, Freedom Furniture, Target and Super A-mart.

The business provides local, intercity and interstate moves, office relocations, backloading, high security storage and optional pre-packing. Interstate home removals are not passed on to another removal company, either wholly or partially. The largest truck has a capacity of 100 cubic metres. The trucks are kept on the retired family banana plantation in Korora.

Coffs Harbour households undertaking sizeable relocations, from four-bedroom homes with triple garages to smaller jobs, feature throughout accounts of this family-run removalist operation. A handful of customers describe moves where part of the contents went into storage while the rest travelled to Sydney or Brisbane, and they note that the logistics were managed calmly at every stage.

Communication before and after the job is a point that comes up often, with Samii and Leanne named for sorting arrangements by phone and email and for putting clients at ease through stressful relocations. Brock and Shane draw frequent praise by name for their experienced, personable approach, whether emptying a storage unit at South Grafton into a new residence or working alongside Allan and Leanne on substantial jobs. Reviews regularly refer to punctuality, quick responses and belongings arriving without damage, alongside pricing described as fair and service that felt fast.

Tidiness and practical help also feature, including assistance completing pre-packing after a customer had already departed. Moving a group of older residents and their possessions is described as faultless, and the same dedication is said to apply to jobs of any size. Repeat clients note coming back on multiple occasions, while the family's pleasant, accommodating manner is remarked upon often.
