It is one of Australia's largest independently owned and operated logistics (3PL) and transport companies, based in Perth, Western Australia, and operates across Australia. It serves the resources, energy, construction and retail sectors.

Its Western Australian footprint covers over 400,000 square meters. Its east coast operations cover Queensland with branches in Brisbane, Emerald, Mackay, Rockhampton and Townsville, and its Northern Territory branch is headquartered in Darwin. What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Freight forwarding and distribution work forms the core of what this Bunbury operator handles, and customer accounts of that work are mixed. On the positive side, several reviewers describe staff as efficient and friendly, with one caller noting that a problem with a door was resolved in a matter of minutes after speaking with Jenny. Another customer highlights the ease of speaking directly with the owner rather than being passed between operators, and mentions the company's habit of donating to charities across the south west. Praise also appears for the professional and polished manner in which transport jobs are carried out, contrasting with what the reviewer saw as the bare-minimum approach elsewhere.

A recurring complaint, however, concerns delivery timings: freight sent from Perth did not arrive on the expected day, and when customers followed up they were transferred between staff who could not provide answers. One reviewer describes being spoken to rudely by a person named Wyane when questioning the delay, and being told to find another transport company. Communication and punctuality are the areas that come up most often as needing improvement, while the helpfulness of Jenny and the owner is the point that keeps recurring positively.
