So happy with Brisk service! I highly recommend this company. We moved interstates from Melbourne to Brisbane and asked Brisk to help us move the whole house. The whole process was simple, friendly and professional from getting quote to the end. The removalists both in Melbourne and Brisbane were very professional, efficient and handled our belongings with great care. The Melbourne team packed the truck incredibly well used every bit of space and fit everything in a great way. We unfortunately forgot to ask their names, but they very nice pleasant to work with. The Brisbane team, Alvin, Robbie and Scotty were also fantastic. They were highly skilled, hardworking, efficient and friendly. They made our move easy and seamless that we didn’t need to worry about a thing. All items arrived without any damages. The price was also clear with no hidden cost. Thanks Brisk team.
We used Brisk Removals today to move house, and Augusto and Lucas were amazing. They arrived right on time, were friendly, professional, and worked so efficiently from start to finish. They took great care with all of our belongings and got everything moved quickly, making the whole process so much less stressful. Gabriel Mezini and Junior helped us move two seperate two bedroom homes into a 4 bedroom house in one truck! We were amazed by their packing skills, it was like an expert game of Tetris. Filipe and Augusto moved us from Kangaroo Point to Carseldine yesterday and they were great! They were both lovely and super efficient. Paige in the office was also very helpful and friendly. Strongly recommend avoiding Brisk Transport based on my experience. I was charged approximately 8 hours for loading and offloading into storage. In my view, this was unnecessary double-handling and could have been avoided by bringing the storage container directly to the property and loading it there. After I raised the issue, they used that exact method for the second stage of the move, and unloading at my new house took less than 2 hours. Despite the clear difference, there was no apology, refund, or meaningful acknowledgement of the extra time I had been charged. More seriously, my laser cutting machine was damaged during the move. It was working properly before Brisk Transport handled it, but after delivery it no longer performed correctly and is no longer usable for accurate cutting. Instead of taking proper responsibility, the response focused on the fact that I had not paid for additional insurance. I am now left dealing with their insurer to seek compensation for equipment that was fully functional before the move. Between the additional handling charges, storage process, damaged equipment, and time spent trying to resolve the matter, this experience has set me back roughly Extra $10,000. Based on this experience, I would not trust Brisk Transport with delicate, technical, or high-value items. I would not use them again and would strongly suggest others think carefully before booking them.
