We got in touch with Mark at BPIRA from over here and after a few emails and phone calls we were able to arrange the whole thing. I visited the unit in Canberra the day before the uplift to make sure everything was packed ready for transit. The next morning, I met Wayne with his truck at the storage facility (he was there before me, despite a very early start). He had the truck loaded and was on the road within the hour. He was absolutely brilliant, very courteous and friendly, took care with our belongings and was very reassuring about how the drop-off would be done at the other end. A few days later I was in Melbourne to visit the new storage facility, and found all our things neatly stacked and arranged for easy access. Five stars, Wayne! Thanks so much. And cheers to Mark for all your work getting the move planned for us. (Pictures to show the size of our storage unit, and of Wayne taking care to move the shelves out last so they'd be first things off the truck at the other end, ready to go into the new storage unit in Melbourne, to then be loaded up again with the boxes... he did a great job of replicating the setup and making sure everything was accessible for us - the care and attention to detail was much appreciated!)

Best removals company I’ve ever dealt with! Mark offered us a great, competitive quote and had Wayne from Wat Relocations undertake our move from Brisbane to Melbourne. Both were incredibly professional, supportive and had our move done in record time. 100% will be using them again in the future!
It was my first time having to move furniture interstate and to say I was nervous and stressed was an understatement. But speaking to Mark put me at ease. He was so kind and accomodating and was quick to reply to my queries every time. Wayne and his team were “super nice and quick” moving the furniture at my sister-in-law’s end, and friendly and helpful at mine. You couldn’t find truer, kind and hardworking people. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call on them if I ever had to move furniture again. Thank you Mark, Wayne & crew!
I couldn’t recommend them enough! I had the pleasure of speaking with both Mark & Wayne and the service was more than I could ever ask for! Mark was lovely and prompt when communicating via email/phone and Wayne from Wat Relocations is one of the best blokes you’d come across, he was very efficient and great at his job, moved everything with care as well, if I decide to move interstate again, I know who I’ll be contacting. Could not fault this service at all.
Mark and Wayne provided such a personal, professional and excellent service. Really appreciate it. I had all but given up on bringing our cherished and delicate item from Sydney to Melbourne. It arrived with a smile and in excellent condition. My elderly parents were equally impressed when the item was collected. The pricing was very competitive too. Can't thank them enough!
Booking was an easy process, Mark was great to deal with and the removalist, Wayne from WAT Relocations, was very communicative and updated me regularly with regard to timeframes etc. Table was delivered from country VIC (which was hard to get a quote for) to QLD with no issues. Would definitely recommend!
