The company provides same-day and emergency removal services.

Adelaide Movers Packers is listed as a piano moving service, and the two accounts available both relate to a one-bedroom unit move in Adelaide. The job is said to have run for about four hours even though everything had been packed beforehand, with a lounge left behind and only a double bed and pre-packed boxes taken. The person overseeing the work is described as aggressive, with one customer recalling a long phone call in which he shouted and pressed for more money than had been agreed, and that customer states the extra amount was paid.

The second account describes the manner in which the partner was spoken to as appalling, along with a request that a bed be returned. The volume of work completed is also questioned, with the effort compared to what two wheelchair users without arms might have managed. Neither account offers praise, and the criticism centres on conduct and the amount of work finished.
